We are delighted to announce that the Heart of Giant Foundation (HGF) has been awarded a $5,000 grant from Foley Hoag Foundation, which will help improve health outcomes for the most vulnerable residents affected by inequity in the Mattapan, Roxbury, Brockton, Lawrence, and Dorchester community.

We have received a $75k Grant from the CVS Health Foundation
We are excited to announce that we have received a grant from the CVS Health Foundation. CVS’s Health Foundation Hometown Fund accepted to support the Heart of a Giant Foundation’s Healthy Hearts Communities (2HC) Program to empower our community’s residents to manage better and prevent high blood pressure (hypertension).
